There are adoption agencies for dogs all around the world. Dogs are abandoned or placed in here by owners for many reasons. Rarely is the dog placed in an adoption shelter because they are not well behaved. The most common case is that the owner cannot take care of them. It is sad to see so many dogs turned to adoption shelters because not all shelters treat dogs as they should be treated.
